Motherboard is Asus A7N8X-E Delux.
Cpu is AMD Athlon(tm) XP 3200+ (overclocked 2500+)
Northbridge: Nvidia nForce2 Ultra 400
Southbridge: Nvidia nForce2 MCP-T

I have tried the card in two different slots.

Hope that helps with that question.

I am yet to try noapic (will report on this when I can next reboot)
and I need help on how to change pci bus latency, please.
