Do you load that module I have noted before manually ?
If not please try it.

Did the card work in a different system.
I ask that "strange" because I don't remember an success reports on your 
kind of mainboard:

Comparing with your other mail your system lookes ok.
When you overckocked your system did you also change the PCI bus speed ?
Have you tried it with "normal" speed ?
On my system the buz has to share it's interrupt with 3 other cards:
  19:    7134637    7140360   IO-APIC-fasteoi   ohci_hcd:usb1, eth0, 
Ensoniq AudioPCI, Buz[1]

So that should not be that problem.
