And filing a false police report, a criminal act. Since he
rear-ended you the accident was clearly his fault. Even if what he
said is true, it's not his responsibility to enforce the motor
vehicle code, he's not trained to do so, and he caused an accident
because of his attempt. Legally, he doesn't have a leg to stand on.
People like that piss me off; fuck him up in court.
