I would replace the injector o-rings.  They are almost guaranteed to be
old & brittle and letting air into your injectors.  If you can wiggle the 
injectors any, the o-rings are bad.  Plus, they're cheap and super-easy to
change out (assuming they're similar on the 2.0 L).
