Does your dealership use the ETKA Parts PC System?
Last time I was at my dealer I thought that system might actually
list some non-USA parts? This system beats the crap out of the old
microfische pumpkins and even the PC parts system put out by ADP. The point
and click
operation, ability to order parts and ability to laser print the parts
diagrams and part numbers makes the ETKA system very, very useful. Once
they get the depot parts inventories and costs integrated into this system
this system will kick serious butt. The downside is this system is CD ROM
based with a key-lock
and losing either costs big $$$$ to replace. 


Also doesn't your dealership have the phone number for the 499 parts depot
(Canada) that you could call if need be? I know calling the depot is a PITA
but sometimes it actually works.
