The answer to everything you just said is YES.  Yes we have it, both the old 
and the new styles, yes it does list non-US parts, and yes it does beat the 
microfische(which we do still have, BTW).  But, even though it does list some 
parts, it mostly just shows them, but says the part numbers are unknown.  
Which is actually rather irritating.  I was looking straight at a Rallye Golf 
intercooler setup yesterday, but when you try to punch in the number from the 
diagram, it says "Part number unknown."  I'd really like to get ahold of the 
European version, which should have all of that and more.

The GTX badge for the rear of my car is coming from that depot.  But, as I 
mentioned above, not all of the part numbers for non-US parts are listed.  
So, the only emblems that I can get for the door trim are GLI and GTI.  GTX 
isn't even listed.  But I can get Rabbit GL Turbodiesel badges....LOL
