I would order the Euro style mirror glass from New Dimensions. The inside third of the mirror is convex for the blind spot, and the outside 2/3rds is regular. An A3 Golf wagon I rented in Germany had this. It was great. I don't know why we never got them. Probably some stupid DOT spec.
