Don't get me wrong Dave, I know you have probably seen the new V6 in a
car you've worked on at work, but I was just wondering...
I was always under the impression that the 'V6' Audi and VW share is a
VR6 with a 24v head. I could be wrong, but I just wonder how they fit a
true V6 into the engine bay of Mk4's (not much bigger than A3's bay). I
really think that the engine found on the new Mk4's with the V6 badges
is a 24v VR6 pushing out ~190hp. Do you know anywhere on the net I can
see some pics of the engine?
