The V6 in the Passat, and Audi A4/A6, etc. is a conventional 60 degree V6. I
am not sure about the 4Motion, but I can only assume that it is the same. On
the same note, there is a 194hp VR6 due for the spring for both the GTI and
GLX models. Also due for springtime release is the 1.8T in the GTI and
Jetta. Shortly after that, the only models that will be available with the
2.0L 8V will be the Cabrio and Golf GL. The 1.8T will be optional in all
cars but the Cabrio. Yes, that's right, eventually there will be a 4-door
1.8T GTI. I can't wait! ;-)

And, on a more personal note, I have changed jobs once again, Denis. I left
VolksWerks after the injury to my hand and due to a bunch of bullshit going
on there. I basically got sick of not being able to trust my boss, and now,
a full month later, I still have not seen my final paycheck. I am currently
back to working for VW, in the parts department over at Fairfax Volvo/VW.
