I just got back from my local VW/Porsche/Audi dealership and had the good timing to be there when a Audi rep had a new Audi TT Quattro Cabrio there. I know the GM at the dealership and he took me for a ride. It was incredable. The car was black with the "baseball" leather coverd seats. It had the 225hp engine with 6 speed quattro drivetrain and 17" alloys. The car is very quick. Unfortuently the weather is foggy and it is one of only a few in the country, so the car wasn't pushed hard. But even though you could tell there was plenty of traction with the all wheel drive.
I was told that they will be available in March and the price is around $35k. P.S. The dealership also had a Audi S4 (A4 with 2.7l V6 Biturbo) and a Audi A6 4.2l V8.
