Ugh! I agree...
Last summer I was in Boston and got hit by a minivan.....
The guy was backing out of a street and didn't even look. It was a very low 
speed accident but my forks got bent, the clutch
cable got snaped and I dumped my honda shadow on its side which skraped the 
whole thing up. 100% his fault Not to bad though
-I was fine and I got a nice check to put towards the bike I really want, BWM 
F650 which I will be picking up shortly  ;)
