yep.  its just that easy.  any 2.0 16v block will do.  you'll need
headbolts and a headgasket, but thats about it.  you might as welldo the
clutch, and a rear main seal isnt too expensive, and thats a worthwhile
"while youre in there" thing.  of course theres other things you *can*
do, but nothing thats really necessary.  

btw, i did actually reuse a gasket and headbolts once (with no problems,
i might add) but thats cause i was in a rush and i was planning on
scrapping the car in the near furture anyway.

:-)  i was just in canada the other day...took a day trip to niagra. 
the whole time i couldnt stop laughing, simply cause i was in canada.  i
was in a whole differnt country.  it was great.
