Hi y'all,
Is there any difference between the TT and Garret chip? I talked to
TT, they didn't know, but said theirs might be a bit more conservative
than the Garrett chip. TT has 8 (eight!) versions of the 2.0L chip- wow!
BTW, both my cars ended up having the same ECU/brain box. The p/n on
both was:
8AO-907-404H
The person who said the Bentley was all screwed up was correct; the
Bentley is screwed up. Silly me, expecting the factory service manual to
have (guffaw!) **accurate information**!! Harumph. Anyhoo, the TT chips
is $100 vs. ~$125+ for the Garrett, so what are the differences? Which
should I get? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? Anyone?
