Dave - you just haven't learned how to talk to the "tuners". You have to condescend to them as well as they attempt to condescend to you. Remember, all the Kraut boys look up to them as gods.
My only experience with SRS is their "emissary" group in the MARRS series. They're a nice bunch of guys but when they start telling me how I fucked up by not buying SRS stuff, I run and hide. If SRS was "the shit", 1) everyone would be running their products and 2) all the others would be attempting to imitate them.
