Thanks for the reply. I'm not really worried about the sound. You
should here how loud my car is already (broken flexjoint, TT exhaust). I
think I am going to give it a try. If I don't like how it looks, I can
just cover it with my carpet. I already removed the sound deadening pads.
Are you talking about the think recylcled cloth pads with rubber on the
top of them, or are you talking about that hard dynmat type stuff, like
you see in the trunk? I'm also removeing the hard sound deadening in the
trunk. It is all cracked and water seeped through the cracks. That stuff
is pretty hard to get off. Maybe I'll try the dry ice. Adios!
