A HA! I just fixed that last night! Try either spacing via washers the "cross member" just before the muffler (not the resonator) or just taking out the cross member all together. No more buzzy buzzy.

How do you know if you have a broken flexjoint? I have a 2 year old Eurosport system that's way too loud (though it sounds great above 5000RPM). There is a rattle right at 2700rpm when accelerating and lots of rattling below 2500 when deaccelerating. The rattling comes from under the general area of the parking brake. I've always assumed the resonator was broken, any suggestions?
