TT sells one they make themsleves; much cheaper than the
'official' tool. It's very simple, and anyone with access to a
machine shop could do one up in no time, if you would like the
critical dimensions, let me know and I can measure it for you later.
Without it, just use the cassette trick w/ an extra pair of hands.
