I don't really know how it works. I do know that if you have your timing set at the correct mark, the car runs pretty well. Right now, my car is set at TDC, not at 6 BTDC. The car is a dog off the line. Normally, I could get the car going pretty well just by letting off the clutch, and not using the gas (of course I never do this, but this is a test). I can hardly do it now. It's real slow. Also, my car revs like crap. I have a lightened flyhweel, and I removed the AC. It still revs worse than my old 16v. I have to keep the tach at 2k just to get a good start from a stop sign.
