Matt,

The "old guy" label actually came from posts on Vortex about me.
They had a thread about the most memorable VWs at Waterfest and 3 or 4
people
said "The old guy with the White Showroom Rabbit".

The "Young Whipper Snappers" have no idea how hard my friends and I laughed
at that description.
Funny how having gray hair gets you an "Old Guy" label even though some of
us
get them at a very early age.

Also kinda funny that after a Three Year Rabbit Restoration Project this
"Experienced Guy"
has been told he was full of S**T about some Rabbit information I gave on
Vortex.
Once again I laughed real hard after I thought of how many 1000s of hours I
spent totally
disassembling my Rabbit, searching for parts/restoring parts and had
someone who probably did not even touch a wrench
tell me I was full of it. Another funny (or some might say sick) thing is
being able to identify
damn near every part (and where it goes) on the disassembled Rabbit
illustration in the John Muir
book on Rabbits.

BTW Matt, did that performance guru on Vortex tell you how many additional
horsepower having a Giant
"Neuspeed" or other decal down the entire side of a VW gets you? <grin>
Those "Sticker Tuned", VDubs really
crack me up.

Charlie
