This chart shows a problem that seems to be present on both CIS-E and moronic 16v's... the massive bog at 3500 rpm. It seems to get worse on modified cars, and it looks as though it's mostly caused by the fuel map. It's already on the rich side there and then leans out at the top end, but with a non rpm sensing fuel module, it looks like there's just way too much fuel there. It would be nice to have a fuel curve along with the dyno chart to be able to see it, but that's my guess as to what's going on there. Yet another reason why that k-star box would be nice... you can actually adjust the fuel and timing in 500 rpm increments. Side note- I found this dyno chart of a "hot import" on the net, and WOW... all I can say is that I wish my car would do a pull like this one! http://www.dynolab.net/images/cart.jpg _____________ List Sponsor: http://www.netsville.com To remove yourself from this list, send mail to [email protected] with 'unsubscribe a2_16v' in the body of your message See us on the web at http://www.a2-16v.com Visit the 16V Homepage at http://www.gti16v.org
