I recall someone mentioning that one can jump start an automatic.....can someone refresh my memory how to so. My brother was in a bad accident last week and totalled his Renault. I found him an 86 Jetta with an automatic tranny but the starter is fuct. I just wanna drive it home so that my dad and I can get that starter out.
