The rear holes are in roughly the same arrangement, but exiting rearward, of
course. Both front & rear have transitions to soft tubing shortly beyond
the metal tube exit from the "moat" that gathers the water. They COULD be
blown off if clogged further down. You'd then need to remove the headliner
to access the spots to reattach. I recently pushed a piece of wire down
each of mine; I encountered firm resistance in two of them, but was able to
wiggle the wire on through, opening the lines again. I haven't seen any
puddles since (knock wood!). I had the ... ummm, advantage? of no
headliner, so I could see what I was doing, on my '89. I did the same to my
'87 to make sure it wasn't clogged anywhere.

If I am not mistaken, if you slide the roof back, you will see the two front
drain holes in the two front corners of the sliding track. I assume using
the air hose and forcing air down into the holes would clear any debris from
the two front drains.

Usa a air hose at the gas station and access the drain tubes from the
trunk
of the car and that should take care of the rear drain, i think the front
  exits by the A pillar
