I have the same issue. Replaced all injectors except cold start injector about a month ago just to see the results. The car does run smoother and revs a little better. I paid about $42 a piece from tt.
I have a fuel pressure test kit for cis. If you want to borrow it I could ship it you. Isn't there a simple way to test the accumulator? I'll check the Bentley one of these days and check mine out. Improving the ground connection at the battery / chassis / engine helped, but didn't completely resolve the cold start problem. I sometimes need to crank more than once and the car runs rough in the first few minutes and sometimes dies at the first or second stop in the morning. One day I'll take the time and figure this out. I replaced the temp sensor a year ago and have a couple cans of deoxit to spray the connections at the computer. I've already sprayed the connections at the coolant temp sensor and all connections on the fuel dist. Till then, please share any fixes and experience.
