yeah to put it on the road it needs to be put up for public auction, some bs
procedure here in south carolina, i got the car from a guy that worked on it
for a guy 2-3 years ago, the guy never came back to get the car, then he died ,
i got the car about a year ago and it has just sat, im open to offers on it,
id just part it out personaly, has real nice mk3 leather seats, etc
Where are you / where is it? "Apply for public auction to acquire a title"?
I'm in Wisconsin, & have never heard of that procedure; what does it entail?
Of course, if it were going to become a parts car, that doesn't matter.
As I said, posting further info to general list might get you better
