The victo is a much sticker tire. It gets greasy on the track tho. The toyo RA1 is a much better choice for DE's. Sticky, lasts a long time and doesn't get greasy.
I'd caution you to not run R rubber at the track unless you have alot of driving experience. They give little to no warning that they're at the limit. -josh --- Steven Hauptmann <[email protected]> wrote: > Does anyone have any experience with Kumho > VictoRacer V700 or Yokohama > A032R (H or S compound)? > > I will be using 185/60-14's on my '87 8v GTI for > DE's and the occasional > autocross, but have not decided which to go with > yet. > > Any input on how many DE events to expect per set > and if one is better than > the other etc. would be great. > > > Thanks, > Steve Hauptmann > South Carolina > > _______________________________________________ > a2-16v-list mailing list > [email protected] > http://mail.a2-16v.com/mailman/listinfo/a2-16v-list > For list archives, see listinfo link above. ===== __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
