I did the conversion in my old G60 Rado.. I don't think it was as cold as the original R12, but was still very nice, especially in the Texas summer! =) I (personally) didn't change any o-rings.. Just had the R12 vacuum'd, charged it with the R134a and ensured I added the oil that came in the kit.. I ran it for 2 yrs with no problems, then sold the car..
