Jim,
Did you change the fluid??? Have you added fluid since this
started happening?? There is a procedure in the Bentley to bleed the
system after changing the fluid or adding a large amount. It
consists of simply removing the reservoir cap, and with the engine
idling, slowly turning the steering wheel lock to lock until any air
bubbles disappear. You will have to keep adding fluid to replace the
escaping air throughout the procedure and if you overfill it, you can
always siphon out the excess.......Jack

The steering seems to work ok otherwise. The fluid in the reservoir does
agitate when I rev the engine. I had someone else indicate that the
system may
be bleeding itself out and should work out soon. I will check for a pinched
line and check the HP tubing at the pump.
