I stuff something into the fuel line to slow the leak. Fuel will always spill a little so have a pan under there. If the supply line is soft enough (I don't recall where soft vs hard lines were used in the stock cis setup) you can use tools to squeeze the line. Something like this
http://www.harborfreight.com/3-piece-line-clamp-set-97578.html or http://www.harborfreight.com/4-piece-fluid-line-clamp-set-65116.html I'm not sure I'd squeeze the fuel line with our old fuel lines though. They may been too brittle to handle it. The fuel distributor would be my guess as to where fuel is getting stuck. There supply and return lines on the passenger side frame near the strut tower. Either one of these could be disconnects and routed into a gas can to confirm gas is making it to the fuel distributor.
