Me, too. One of the handiest I've found are golf tees. However, I've
observed painted wooden tees losing the paint (being dissolved by
gasoline), and at least one plastic one that softened. SOME bare wood
tees will hold liquid back pretty well. I got lucky a couple of years
back & found a bag of them at a yard sale for like 50 cents (I don't
golf, though I have often Golf'ed, Rabbit'ed, Jetta'ed, etc.). I've
also used center punches and similar items to plug soft tubing.
