Follow-up Comment #1, patch #5775 (project mldonkey):
new patch this time + is decoded right
I replaced all + with %20 in web interface code.
But is still incomplete, somehow input field replaces spaces with + before it
send it.
I couldn't find the place, if you can find it you can have a cookie ;-)
I also didn't touch the html_themes code. Is this code still needed?
note: this does fix bug#17116
