url_final.patch is not the problem, you are right about it.
But I also included the patch from comment #7 into CVS,
it breaks BT tracker requests.
Scanned with Wireshark, tests where done with an unpatched CVS
HTTP request including patch from comment #7:
GET %2Foni%2Ftorrent%2Fannounce.php?key=2 [...]
HTTP request without patch from comment #7:
GET /oni/torrent/announce.php?key=2 [...]
