Follow-up Comment #5, patch #5781 (project mldonkey):
I stopped core, I moved some files to incoming/files/ directory and then I
started core again.
After [GeoIP] loaded, it began to load New Shared and then [DNS] failed but
it didn't load local copy of level1.gz. It still was adding new shares.
I didn't get xergius problem about other web_infos load.
