He is right about the problem, I did not hit it myself on my
Athlon XP 2600, but MLDonkey mainly works here on a 350 Mhz
machine where loading ipblock takes ~20s. This can produce
timeouts while downloading other files. MLDonkey also runs
on even slower machines (Linkstation, Pentium1, etc.)
