Just noticed that my webcam (which was working in karmic) is dead in
lucid... skype doesn't find it so i am guessing that the driver is not
installed or confirgured properly...

Installed video4linux control panel and it is not finding it either...
exiting with a message:

Unable to open file /dev/video0
No such file or directory

:(
