Here's what he tells me he has at home: http://www.kabeldeutschland.de/highspeed-internet/detail_paket_comfort.html $23 Euros/month for flat-rate (no cap) 32Mbps cable which also includes a flat-rate (within Germany) telephone line (VoIP obviously). That works out to be like < $40 canadian. We should all be petitioning the CRTC, really.
