Hi,

Is there a file called mnemosyne/pyqt_ui/ui_main_wdgt.py?

Does it get created if you type 'make' in the directory mnemosyne/pyqt_ui?

Normally that make command should get called from the main makefile as well.

Also make sure you do have all the pyqt devel tools installed, so e.g. that
you can call 'pyuic4' from the command prompt.

It all looks ok.

I've got it working now but I'm not sure what the cause was. It may have something to do with the package 'virtualenvwrapper' which I think may also be required. I'm not sure. I reboot and/or logout/in again to ensure new installation changes take effect.

I was trying to set this up on a test user account and this was giving me the problems. I tried it on my own normal account and it installed ok. So it was clearly something to do with the different accounts, although they seemed identically configured in every respect. Eventually I solved it by running 'make clean' before trying again.
