For what it's worth, I never got this behavior with beta 11, but now get it 100% of the time with RC1.
I was also wondering whether there could be a workaround that in some way forces a refresh, but I know it's hard for Peter to try code like that when he can't duplicate the problem. By the way, updating a card used to take a really long time on my computer (like 4 seconds after I pressed OK), and as of RC1 it is now effectively instantaneous. Thanks for that!
