I have wasted too much time on this!
The problem seems to be with the Samsung Galaxy S3. I cannot mount as a USB "drive" on my PC. My phone either connects as Media device (MTP) or Camera (PTP). I can copy files from my pc to my external sd card that is on my phone and use those files on the phone, but Mnemogogo does not work. I may try to move my external card to my pc and back to my phone, but like I said, I have wasted too much time that I could have been studying.
