Hi,

Could you remind me again what your desktop platform is and what version of
Mnemosyne you’re running?

Hard crashes of Mnemosyne without any error message and that I can’t reproduce
myself will be very tricky to debug…

Thanks!

Peter

Prior to syncing I only edited some tags and added tags to some other cards.
Some of those cards I had imported from Anki. Some of those cards had duplicate
parent tags, e.g. "Turkish, Turkish::Basics" I deleted the "Turkish" tag and
kept the "Turkish::Basics" tag.

Mnemosyne on the PC crashed while sending files.

Hi Peter,

I don't get an error message on the PC. Mnemosyne's GUI just disappears.
Sometimes some processes still keep running in the background, but sometimes
even those vanish.

My wifi is stable, that's for sure.

Mnemosyne has graphical bugs (statistics windows) on my PC. I had posted
screenshots in this group a while ago. This situation is still the same today.
Uninstalling an reinstalling didn't help.

I'll try to debug this a little more.

Good night!

Cheers,

Abakus

Hi,

If you think it crashes first on PC, what is the error message you get on PC?

Could it be that your wifi connection is unstable?

I’ve added the issue related to incoming syncs when the card browser is open to
my todo list.

Cheers,
