Everything in the directory.
This matches what aapt accepts, at the cost of making conditional
resource inclusion more complicated. (See
mobile/android/base/crashreporter/res.) At one point I implemented a
manifest installing into $OBJDIR/mobile/android/base/res, but this
really doesn't play well with IDEs, since the IDE most naturally edits
the $SRCDIR resources.
If we find this doesn't work for us, we'll iterate, but I hope this will
support our regular flow better (there's a good chance this will fix Bug
913842) and an IDE flow.
