How about we aim for "uses your .hgignore"?

We could use `hg locate` to create the list of files, or we could figure out
how to ask hg whether a file matches our current .hgignore.

This is a good idea, but in general I'm -1 on introducing process invocations into the build. Especially process invocations that assume some knowledge of the VCS. Process invocations at moz.build time are not so bad, but it's not easy to understand when moz.build time is, or even how to trigger it.

I'd rather we just set AAPT_IGNORE_LIST for a while, if it even comes to that; and then we can find a fancy way to make this better.
