Sigh. This is fallout from Bug 934646, which changed how the build
system provides Android resources to Fennec. I broke GeckoView
packaging with that ticket. Fixing it is tracked at Bug 951865. I
don't have much time to address this, but mcomella is on it.
My instinct tells me that it's time to bite the bullet and build Android
Archive files (.aar files) to address this once and for all. This might
mean building with gradle. Patches welcome! [3]
