We do not intend to support Doorhangers in GeckoView. That's an implementation detail the host application (the app using GeckoView) can worry about. We do intend to support a generic permission API for GeckoView, but work has not started on that. We don't even have a bug filed for it yet, so I just filed one: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=957873
