Sounds very reasonable. A lot of changes happen in mobile, some are
tangent to desktop experiences, and pro-actively sharing those updates
while in planning or early stage, is a good practice. In addition, keeping
the community updated and aware of what is happening in mobile, helps
present the bigger picture of why stuff are being built/modified, and helps
get more interest and suggestions or objections to what is being done.
Similarly for new comers or readers community on mobile,
understanding/learning more about what is being done and what is coming
next, could be a step forward towards further engagement. Makes sense?
If so, then the next question should be, where would this live? VP, email
newsletter, MW, etc..:)
