you can make a singal vcf file of all your contacts using mguard which can
easily be installed to nokia.

Hello Sunil and satguu, as I have mentioned in my previous mail in
this thread, importing from the memory card is not an option since
android imports from a single file whereas nokia saves each contact in
its own file. so the contact app won't import all the contacts from
the memory card. see the options I have mentioned in my earlier
posting.
