Hello sir, What issues did u face with s3? I would rather recommend to wait for samsung galaxy win which is just about to release. It will surely work with android 5.0 since it is powered by a quod core processor. I don't have a personal experience with any android phone of micromax specially the newer ones, but the older ones started behaving sluggishly after 9 to 10 months according to my sighted buddies. So I didn't recommend going with them.
