Hi, I will answer one by one. 1. 4 inches is very much sufficient. you can also turn on the screen rotation and shift to land scape mode when you want to type so it becomes easier. 2. it is practically not possibal to use these phones without a screen reader. so you will have to keep either a Bluetooth headset or earphones with you while going to a noisy place. 3. I don't know much about I phone but in android talkback speakes the dots not the actual passwords. regards
