Hi, Regarding 3: Voice over in iPhone speaks the letter under the finger when you're selecting it. However, when you double tap to insert the character, it is not spoken out for security purposes. Instead, there is only a beap to give you an idea of the fact that the character you selected has been inserted. In any case, as Ajay advised, I would recommend using earphones or a bluetooth headset if there are any security considerations.
