Note that the trick is good for reading a single message not a complete chat
if one desires to.

@Payal: I checked on my phone and found that It's behaving weird - it reads
contact info of the selected contact from the chat list while it doesn't do
so for the selected contact from the Favourites list. This too is not
certain. Thanks for the mention so that I could discover this.

Best Regards,
Zujar..

Another way to read the long messages:
1. Take your curser to the starting of the long message.
2. Press Key1 and select the option "Message submenu".
3. Select the option "Copy" from the menu. Now the message has been copied
to the clipboard.
4. Open the messaging application press Key1 and select the option "Editing
submenu".
5. Select the option "Paste" from the menu. The message has been pasted into
your messaging application.

Now you can read the message with Up, Down, Left and Right arrow keys.
