Android 4.4.x in general has a major improvement of being able to use volume
keys as arrow keys while navigating within the text. Additionally, we can
also select certain section of text which wasn't possible till Android
4.2.2.

Few weeks after Google pushed out the Android 4.4.4 update for the Nexus
devices, Motorola has announced that the it has started rolling out

4.4.4 update for the Moto X, Moto G and Moto E users in India, skipping
